Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are some situations where only partial refunds are given:
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
Late or missed refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is posted.

Items on sale
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, a gift card will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be made aware of your return.
Shipping and returns

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replaced product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
